Bronze Package

Our comprehensive level of service offering is available in either business hours or 7 x 24 includes:

One minor PM inspection per year conducted during business hours.
One major PM inspection per year conducted during business hours.
Battery maintenance inspections for up to two standard battery strings conducted during UPS PM.*
4-hour on-site emergency response.**
Complete report on the condition of the UPS.

Silver Package

Our comprehensive level of service offering is available in either business hours or 7 x 24 includes:

One minor PM inspection per year conducted during business hours.
One major PM inspection per year conducted during business hours.
Battery maintenance inspections for up to two standard battery strings conducted during UPS PM.*
4-hour on-site emergency response.**
All corrective maintenance labor included.
Complete report on the condition of the UPS.

Gold Package

Our premium level of service offering is available in either business hours or 7 x 24 includes:

One minor PM inspection per year conducted during business hours.
One major PM inspection per year conducted anytime 24 7 excluding holidays.
Battery maintenance inspections for up to two standard battery strings conducted during UPS PM.*
4-hour on-site emergency response.**
All corrective maintenance labor included.
Complete report on the condition of the UPS.

* A standard battery string is comprised of 12v VRLA batteries.
** Assumes site is within 200KM of Powerwave service office. Conditions permitting.

If we arrive beyond our 4-hour response time commitment you don’t pay for the service.
